1:1 4 week session where we dive in once a week to come up with a plan to remove blockages and cleanse the energy within yourself and the space around you. Shadow work will be the main topic for week one where we discuss triggers. Week two will consist of learning spiritual tools and guidance to address the triggers. Week three will consist of putting the tools into work. Week four will be a recap including a meditation and tarot/oracle reading.
